Q: Does this include shampooing or extraction?
A: No, the Essentials Detail focuses on light surface cleaning only. Steam is used as needed, but we don’t do full fabric extraction in this package.

Q: Will you clean under the seats or remove them?
A: We clean around and under seats without removing them. Seat removal is only included in our Deep Clean package.
